REQUEST FOR BIDS: Elevate Branson - Pre-Fabricated Modular Homes and Concrete Foundation Installation

Elevate Branson is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified firms capable of furnishing and delivering, approximately 10 pre-fabricated modular homes and installing approximately 10 concrete foundations at the Elevate Branson Community Village, located at 340 Gretna Rd. Branson, MO 65616. The project will be broken into two separate bidding opportunities. Vendors and/or contractors are encouraged to submit bids and alternatives for one or all the services listed above.

Bids are due and shall be received by Elevate Branson by 10:00 AM on March 30, 2026, at 310 Gretna Rd, Branson, MO 65616 and will then be publicly read aloud in the Elevate Branson Campus, located at 310 Gretna Rd. Branson, MO 65616. The bid opening is open to the public.
