Buffalo Comprehensive Plan 

The City of Buffalo is excited to present the 2026 update of the Buffalo Comprehensive Plan for public input.  The comprehensive plan serves as a source of guidance for the City regarding land use and the continued improvement of City services. Moving forward, the Plan will serve as a guide for managing the growth of Buffalo.

 

The public may access a draft version of the document beginning on December 16, 2025, through January 15, 2026.  A print version is available for review at Buffalo City Hall during business hours. Public comments may be submitted to the SMCOG project manager, Aishwarya Shrestha, at AishwaryaShrestha@MissouriState.edu or at (417) 836-6901.
