The City of Billings is excited to present the 2020 update of the Billings Comprehensive Plan for public input.  The comprehensive plan serves as a source of guidance for the City regarding land use and the continued improvement of City services. Moving forward, the Plan will serve as a guide for managing the growth of Billings.

 

The public may access a draft version of the document from Wednesday, March 4, 2020 to Tuesday, March 17, 2020.  A print version is available for review at Billings City Hall during business hours. Public comments may be submitted to the SMCOG project manager, Megan Clark, at MeganClark@MissouriState.edu.
